Joe B. Wharton, owner of Wharton Marketing created his first website in 1995. He has been involved in the computer industry since college and enjoys keeping abreast of the latest technologies. He bought his first computer, an Apple ///, in 1980, over a year before the introduction of the IBM PC. Joe B. is a fan of Mac, but he can be equally creative on a PC. Joe B. has owned and operated small businesses since 1980. Joe B. holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, with concentrations in marketing and finance, and a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans.
